I was born and raised in the Highlands but now live in Moniaive. While novels are my main bag, I also write the odd short story and have been published in New Writing Scotland, Neon Magazine and Gutter, amongst others. I was lucky enough to win a Scottish Book Trust New Writers Award in 2017.
I’ve read my work out loud – and managed to avoid fainting – at various spoken word events in Edinburgh. I also appeared at the 2017 Edinburgh International Book Festival as part of the Story Shop programme.
When I’m not writing you can find me turning sheep the right way up or mucking about with a sampler trying to make hip hop.
